Delta Holding is divided into five separate companies: Delta Real Estate Group, Delta Agrar Group, Delta Distribution, Delta Sport and Delta Generali Insurance.

Delta Holding and its member companies are involved in many sectors including agribusiness, retail, real estate development, food processing, wholesale distribution, automobiles, sports equipment, fashion, financial brokerage, financial services and insurance services.

According to preliminary results, in 2012, the Group's turnover reached 630.5 million Euros. By the end of 2013, the company aims to reach a target of 700 million Euros in revenue. Delta Holding employs 7,200 staff
