Delta Real Estate has always been a pioneer in Shopping mall construction in Serbia. The first shopping mall in Serbia, Delta City, opened in Belgrade in 2007. represents the first true international shopping mall introducing completely new concept to the Serbian market.
Delta City brought over 20% of the world-renowned fashion brands to the Serbian market. Due to high standards and attractiveness, in 2009 in Barcelona, The International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) declared Delta City the best shopping mall in Europe. The very next year, the first and the only internationally recognized shopping mall in Montenegro, Delta City Podgorica, was opened, offering a whole range of shops of famous domestic and world-known brands and entertainment content.
Once completed, Delta Planet will become the largest shopping centre in the country, covering 180,000 sq m of GBA with more than 250 units envisaged. Delta Planet will offer the highest gross leaseable area in region, coming to a total of 75,000 square meters. The project is valued at EUR 200 million, which will be the largest investment by Delta Real Estate Group in the coming period, and also the second largest real estate investment in Serbia in the period from 2000 until today.

Bearing in mind that the local hotel market is characterized by the deficiency of upscale facilities, Crowne Plaza Belgrade, represents the first hotel of this world-renowned brand in Serbia and the region. Delta Real Estate opened the hotel in January 2014. built through complete reconstruction of the “InterContinental” hotel with 40 million euro investment. By the end of the first operating year,doing business by the highest standards of InterContinental Hotels group, Crowne Plaza Belgrade has been announced to be the best ranked Crowne Plaza hotel in terms of customer service in Europe.
The partnership of Delta Real Estate and InterContinental Hotels Group, which began in 2007 continues with a new contract for the construction of the 5-star hotel in the capital of Slovenia.
